From the moment I called Yeselin, she was so sweet and informative. She made the whole post-op process feel less overwhelming and I immediately felt comfortable especially because I’m traveling in from NYC. Ana was my therapist and she was amazing. She drained all my post-op fluid while keeping me positioned comfortably the entire time. I always felt taken care of. The facility is gorgeous and super clean. Everything is sanitized and welcoming. They even had better post-op supplies like a 360 foam board that really helped keep everything looking snatched. I highly recommend them if you want to protect your results and recover the right way. I was recommended to Yeselin by my sister , I put in an inquiry online and within 24 hrs or less I received a call from Nicole she was very knowledgeable ,helpful ,patient and dedicated . They accommodated me the very next day which was not a business day due to my procedure date . The services I had was lymphatic drainage , ultrasound therapy and IV Drip .Yeselin and Nicole made sure that I was calm during my sessions and they both talked me through the process , did breathing exercises with me as well and constantly checked to make sure I was ok .They even made little jokes here and there which also helped take my mind off the process . I highly recommend this business , the staff is nice , welcoming , it smells amazing as soon as you walk in , the ambiance is breath taking . Very clean

Especially, Yeslin and Nicole who were super welcoming from the day I first spoke with them over the phone til the very last appointment I had with them [and even beyond] they were nothing short of professional, warm, understanding, and very attentive to my needs. I was having a difficult time with my recovery and they attended to my needs and guided me through the process, making it smoother and pleasant. I recommend Yeslin and her team for your post op and spa treatment needs. They offer a variety of different services. The spa is nicely decorated and has a very Zen feeling...it's like a "Barbieland Spa"... you may go in not feeling quite yourself but will definitely leave feeling awesome and brand new!

I had a great experience with my manual ice body sculpting sessions at Milan Med SPA. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The treatment left my skin feeling tighter and refreshed. I noticed improvement in abdominal, frank and back area. As well as less bloating after a few sessions.
