I had the best experience at Milano Salon! I saw Kelly and she was absolutely amazing. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also so friendly and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and fun. My nails turned out even better than I imagined. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend booking with Kelly at Milano Salon. I’ll definitely be back!

So glad I found Milanos when I moved to the Denver area, overall experience is worth the price that you pay, from the kind ladies in the front to the hot neck wrap and complimentary drinks- They know what customer service is. The prices are about the same in the area but compared to Florida a bit steep, however, they have price points for all, whether you want a basic pedi or a gold 24K pedicure. Most of the techs I have seen have been great, some have lacked a bit of personality but I’m not worried about that. Love that my nails always come out to perfection. Would recommend anyone looking for a nail/spa experience to try them!

love it here, the atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly! the tools are clean and the service professionals are so nice. you really get what you pay for here, i’m happy to spend my $$ here. my friend and i came for a little pampering today and got pedicures and saw them celebrate a lady’s birthday and made her feel so special it made us so happy to see that they go out of their way for their clients. i will continue to come here and bring all my friends!!! thank you!!!!!

I got my nails done by An about a month ago and I was so happy with them that I came back today. My previous set lasted perfectly, and I’m absolutely in love with the new set she did today! An pays great attention to detail, understands exactly what I want, and her work is always super clean. Highly recommend. Thank you An 🩷

UPDATE: I called to ask if I could get my nails redone, and the staff had me in within 15 minutes! I got an acrylics set for free (lesson learned, sometimes the dip powder is just lumpy!) and everyone was so sweet, and very apologetic. My tech this time around, John, was fantastic. He was super gentle, super precise, very detailed and very kind. Thing is, service doesn’t always have to be perfect, but when a place will acknowledge something isn’t quite right and work to fix it, that’s worth more than perfection to me.
