Milano Nail Spa-New Braunfels

Annie was amazing and did a great job. This was my first time here and my first set in over a year. I love my nails and they are exactly what I asked for. I also got a pedicure that was great. The receptionist was welcoming and helped me find the color I was looking for and she continued to check on me throughout my services.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!! My daughter and I came here for her to get ready for homecoming! Jimmy helped me and he was awesome and so nice! Kaye and Quinny helped my daughter feel like a princess! They brought us heated neck pillow, I had champagne. It was so so nice!

EDIT: After my initial review the salon reached out to me and offered to make it right if I was willing to come back. I asked if I could use my regular nail tech Billy. They set me up an appointment with him and I returned and he did an outstanding job. Billy is very good and that is the ho I normally use but he was off the day I went in so someone else was assuming tend to me. I will always use Billy from now on and if he isn’t there I will come back. Billy does ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ work. I asked that the new set I had put on were thin on the tips and he assured me he could do that. However, they are not at all thin or even close. Also after he was finished he didn’t have me wash my hands even though they fad white residue from having soaked in the acetone. I have two cuts on my fingers also.

We were looking for a new place to go and we found one of the best ones. We came looking for some nail art and we found more than that. They were really nice, accommodated to everything that we asked for, my mom had her pedicure done, my sister her gel, and myself acrylics! Ask for Brian and Yunnie. They’re the best! And will guide you through it all, this week they even have discounts for their opening, prices are reasonably nice. Location, out of words, it speaks for itself. Loved it!

Love coming to Milano Nail Spa in NB TX they always take very good care of me. Whe you don’t know what color to choose from they help you they always make sure you’re doing okay during your treatment. Today Terry did my pedicure and her hands are magic with massages I love that they bring over this cute tray with all the different kinds of scrubs/lotions/oils&honey & I love the when they spill the candle wax on my legs and feet !! Last but not least they give you heated neck pillows or eye masks ❤️
