This has been a great nail salon experience overall. My first visit was in January — I got builder gel with gel color on my hands and a gel pedicure. Lee and Daniel took care of me (I can’t remember who did which service), but both were very professional and did a beautiful job. I loved how clean, smooth, and long-lasting everything turned out. My second visit was for a reshape to square with a French tip and a small painted heart, done by Annie. The design came out really cute and exactly what I wanted. During removal of my old polish and builder gel, the drill bit did burn a bit, but Annie noticed right away and genuinely tried her best to be more gentle, which I really appreciated. Milano Nail Spa was absolutely AHHHMAZING! We brought our entire team in for pedicures as a treat, and they were so accommodating and welcoming from start to finish. The vibes were perfect—relaxing, fun, and upbeat—and they even treated us to complimentary drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone felt genuinely pampered and taken care of. My whole team left happy, relaxed, and refreshed. If you’re looking for great service, a beautiful atmosphere, and a place that truly goes the extra mile—Milano is it. Highly recommend!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

This place is incredible!! The staff are so friendly - it’s clean and well designed inside - the design layout has different rooms (wings) off of the central area which make it feel much more calm and comfortable instead of one big room of chaos. They have a complimentary drink menu, try the marg or the Vietnamese iced coffee (will return just for that it was so good). I love how the staff tell you pricing up front prior to starting the work so you know what you’re deciding and in for. This may be the best pedi / mani (tips and dip) I have ever had. And I’m leaving calm - not anxious to get out of there. Highly recommend!!

1st time was AMAZING!!! Honestly made me pay attention to how affordable luxury truly is!! Not busy at all. All I got was a citrus pedicure and it was Everything!! Shout out to the staff and of course May!!!! She’s amazing!! Bartender amazing as well

Came back after a great first visit 3 weeks ago , but this time was a completely different story. My Gel X nails turned out messy, but the experience was uncomfortable from start to finish. My technician (Sam) was rushed and aggressive with my hands the entire time — I was tense the whole appointment. He cut my cuticle too deep by yanking it out forcefully , and I started bleeding. He barely acknowledged it and kept going like nothing happened. I had to ask him for a napkin myself, and when I did, he acted surprised — even though he was the one who caused it. He asked “Did I do that?” Yes, indeed you did. He clearly tried once and then yanked it the second time with more force. He saw it. What really got me was when he grabbed the cuticle repair liquid and pressed the bottle directly onto
