Classy Nails

Absolutely sadden by my experience and cried while there. This place is sad and the workers are terrible I normally go to the other location in the mall and love them they just closed early. I HATE THIS LOCATION. I wish I read reviews cause this was sickening. I will be calling managers and the mall personally tomorrow. What I asked for then after almost an hour he couldn’t WHILE I watched the lady next to me receive what I asked for but better.

My daughter was getting her nails done, acrylics with a specific design. The young gentleman, had to be told three times of the color and still wasn't understanding, he needed to be told by a fellow tech. He then had disregard the design and missed the main points of adding hearts for Valentine's day. She spoke up and the technician had wiped her nails off and continue without hearing what she had wanted. Plus he kept being distracted, looking everywhere but at the work. When I told his superior, they cut me off, fixed the issue but had to wait another hour for a few hearts to be addes. Overall, waste of time there, nasty attitude and just a sucky feeling for my daughter.

How are these places still in business?? Unfortunately I fell victim to needing a last minute nail appointment. And of course they will take you. You just have to wait for however long because they want your money. This place does not clean their equipment at all!!! I NOW HAVE FUNGUS IN 8 OF 10 OF MY NAILS!!!! At the time, I didn't know it was fungus.. I thought it was trauma because I dont get my nails done often. Maybe once every few years because it's so uncomfortable. So when I went to get my nails soaked off, they drilled down on my real nails to try and hide it, and then put some polish on it ("to make them stronger" she said) I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO COME HERE. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. MONEY HUNGRY ANIMALS!!

I am extremely disappointed with this place after being told that the weight would be 10 minutes we ended up waiting 30 minutes. I showed my design to the technician which then he looked panic so I told him just the colors and with out the design would be fine. He ended up doing only one color and then at the end, he made me wait 30 minutes on a cold drying machine and then after leaving the place. The nail paint started to crack
