I had heard good things about Chelsea, along with seeing all of her great reviews, so I went and got my nails done by her and she was very sweet, and patient. As well as doing an excellent job on my nails! I showed her an inspo pic and she nailed it. Will definitely be using her for future visits. The salon itself is very clean and inviting. I didn’t have to wait , and the gentleman at the front was very kind when I called to ask how busy they were .

Im quite torn for the review rating. I got a full set acrylic French tip. My nails are a bit duller than I like, but they’re quite beautiful. Anthony did a great job. When I went to pay my total was $85. No problem. I figured I’d tip $10. Before I could tip the receptionist reset the card machine and held it. She then kept asking if I meant to tip $30. I told her that no, I meant 10. She asked me maybe two more times. While getting my nails done I heard her loudly talking about how drunk she was, and asking other coworkers if they were intoxicated. She also kept asking my nail tech to paint her toenails? I thought she was wildly unprofessional. When I checked out she was annoyed and literally threw a Christmas bag at me. I’ll give it another chance but I’m disappointed.

I tried this place out yesterday for the first time. No wait, and I got a mason and pedi done at the same time. Alex & Meilan did amazing!! I tried a new shape on my mani and they look so beautiful. My toes/feet definitely needed some love. Everything was clean, professional, and luxurious. The prices were just a little higher than what I’m used to, but I don’t mind at all considering how luxurious and clean everything is. I’m paying for the product and experience and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Alex & Meilan!

Staff was kind and I appreciated that they took me in as a walk in, but the wait was long. Gentleman started on my manicure and the left to go attend a group of kids. So I had to wait until the person doing my pedicure was done. Not a super big issue since I did not have an appointment. Not a fan of how my nails turned out. They are bumpy and the color is patchy. I was hoping she would do two coats, but before I knew it she was applying the top coat. Did not include cuticle removal so I would make sure you vocalize it if you want it. Pedicure was good.

Dont waste your money here. I usually dont make reviews but this place is not worth it. I was in town visiting family when I stopped in to get a pedicure. I live in Houston and Milano nails is a quality name. My regular nail shop charges $55-60 for a deluxe pedi, shellac removal, and shellac polish. This place charged $70. Not including the tip i gave. The guy doing my toes was rushing badly. He shaped them weird they aren't square or round. Very inconsistent! The pink he used under the french was very splotchy when i got home. When leaving he rushed my feet into my shoes. I take accountability for not looking at them but at that point i wasnt spending another hour in this place.
