Longtime customer and was so disappointed with my last visit for a pedicure. Booked online, but didn’t get the technician that was confirmed. Pedicure was done with completely gloppy polish, and looked horrible as confirmed by my nail tech. I asked to redo the polish with a different polish, which my tech agreed to. Looked worse than the first go round and she failed to put toe separators on or my sandals. I had to walk through the salon in bare feet and sit under the dryer so I could get my flip flops back on. All while she sat with her back to me doing her own nails. I called today to express my disappointment and that call was never returned.

Had an excellent deluxe hydrafacial with Aidan. After the holiday I had a few pimples and Aidan took great care of my skin. She also gave the most relaxing arm and hand massage 😍 loved every minute of my facial

Got a fantastic gel manicure! Mindy was my technician and she did a perfect job! She had incredible attention to detail, and she was considerate to my preferences. She also was able to remove my previous gel manicure more quickly and painlessly than I’ve ever experienced before.

I called Milagro Spa management to explain the situation. She gave me a refund for my pedicure However, told me to take my business elsewhere.
