This salon is so nice and located in a great area to do something else after. They hung my coat, gave me a robe, and offered me a drink. I had a sweet consultation with Nicky before he started on my hair. I really love how he transformed my hair with just a simple cut. He only cut what I was comfortable with. I would highly recommend this place.

This was a very frustrating experience. Before making the appointment, I specifically asked whether a deposit was required and was told no deposit was needed. If a salon requires a deposit and keeps it when someone cancels, that is completely understandable. But in my case there was no deposit taken and no clear reminder about a 100% cancellation fee when I booked. When I later needed to cancel the appointment, the online system would not allow changes because it was less than 24 hours. I tried calling the salon that evening, but the salon was already closed so there was no way to contact anyone. The next morning I called as soon as they opened to cancel. Today was my first visit to Yanni Erbeli Salon&& Spa and I can’t say enough about my experience. From the moment I arrived there I was greeted by a woman who was very friendly and showed me where to sit and wait for my stylist Hope. I was so impressed by her reassurance that she would be able to fix my hair that I was not happy with from my last salon that I had been going to. The consultation was very good and Hope was very detailed on how we would need to work towards fixing my hair. Hope is amazing. I felt very comfortable and confident that Hope would be able to style my hair. I’m soooo happy with how it turned out.
