I received a custom enzyme facial, and it was my very first facial experience. Kirstin was incredibly attentive and took the time to explain step by step what would happen before the facial, as well as what she was doing throughout the service. This helped keep me informed and greatly eased my first-timers anxiety. The facial itself was extremely relaxing, and Kirstin was very knowledgeable about skincare. She shared helpful skincare tips that were best suited for my skin type. She was also extremely friendly and welcoming, and the environment was just as inviting, it smelled amazing and felt very calming. I highly recommend her!

I've been seeing Kirstin for many years and I won't let anyone else work on my skin!! She has helped me find a routine with the products carried at Midtown Waxing and Spa and it's helped my skin stay hydrated and clear consistently. The attention to detail is so appreciated and I never walk out feeling anything less than amazing. The atmosphere is super pleasant and I'm always feeling great after a wax. She is also very knowledgeable and will follow up with anything she isn't sure about in the moment. My favorite and only spa I'll ever go to!

I needed a wax and chose Midtown Waxing and Spa for its proximity to my workplace. Kirstin is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure a clean and soothing process. Once I told her of issues I've had with waxing, she invited me back a few days after my session to ensure everything was clear and looking good (at no extra cost.) I'm sad that my role is ending -- I may have to drive all the way from Holly Springs to continue her services. :)
