For $12/day it is a great place to take a body pump class. Small but well equipped gym with machines available at 5:00pm. I will definitely come back they also have 2 week and month packages. They need wipes for equipment

Owners are great with communicating in a timely and professional manner. Very willing to accommodate a variety of situations. The gym is always clean and organized. I love that with the membership you have access to group classes as well! FYI Vanessa is a great yoga instructor!

Been going here for a couple years now and can honestly say it’s pretty much the best part of my day! Helpful and friendly staff, responsive owners, good variety of equipment, cool merch, and totally supportive environment. Everybody takes working out seriously but nobody seems to take themselves too seriously. Love it!

Simply put; Middlebury Fitness is a great community gym. They have a wide variety of aerobic machines and an excellent weight room. The equipment is clean and well organized. I love the sauna. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
