First impressions… terrible!! Walked in and none of the 3 ladies there seem interested in offering the service. I didn’t have appointment but i was more than willing to wait. I sat down to wait but never were told if i was gonna be attended or no. I was an out of state visitor that came for the annual boat races event. The lady in the first chair started talking derogatory about the out of town visitors from the weekend not consider some of the customers were some of those people she was trash talking bringing revenue to that city and business to them.Rude and no professional for my opinion!

If I could give no stars I would. Not sure what her name was but she’s brunette with medium length hair. I feel like she purposefully messed my hair up- that’s the only thing that makes sense for the haircut I walked out of this establishment with. I know they’ve been in business for a long time and see lots of good reviews so I really want to assume she has better skills than she displayed on my head. She was friendly until I mentioned I left a job because of how they were handling Covid at the peak of the pandemic. Everything went downhill from there and it seemed like every time I asked for something to be fixed she made it worse. I almost cried multiple times and finally just gave up trying to have her fix it because it was clear she was annoyed with me and it was just getting worse lo

I am still a new client but this is a great place . Carla has been terrific listening to my preferences with a cut . She is definitely a pro , knows what she is doing with shears.

Made an appointment for the next day, they not only scheduled it the wrong day, but wrong time as well. Went in and asked for a fade in the back and short on top, but not too short so I could move it around. Wasn't given any of that. She cut it the same length around my entire head, no fade, and my bangs look awful. Not only that, but the woman cutting my hair was very forceful when moving my head around almost like she was trying to rip my head off! The back of my head hurts from where she used the straight razor on it, and it's very red. Awful cut, awful service, wish I could go back and get my money back, and then have them pay for it!
