I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Even though there was space available, I was refused service simply because I wear a hijab. This kind of discriminatory and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated differently based on their appearance or religion. I definitely do not recommend this salon.

Had my first hair styling with Kay and I was amazed by how good the styling came out! Kay was very friendly and was able to execute the ideas I had for my hair styling and highlighting. She took the time to make sure my hair was just right and that the style was exactly what I was imagining. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Been a regular for years. Izumi is simply great! Short/long styling, highlighting, she understands my requirements well and execute them perfectly. Always my first choice.

Mrs Izumi is super kind and always does a great job on my hair. Short hair is very difficult to hit and she always does
