I started going to Michelle Lee sometime between 2010 and 2011, and kept going to her when I moved to San Antonio in 2012 until moving out of state in 2018. I’ve had Brazilian blowouts from 8+ different stylists in 4 different states, including California (L.A.) and New York (NYC), in the ~16 years that I’ve been getting them, and can honestly say that Michelle is the best. She’s thorough yet fast! I have long hair, and the whole process (clarifying wash, formula application, blow dry, flat iron, rinse, and dry) takes her an hour. She’s one of the only stylists I’ve experienced or seen who use an *actual* chemical fume hood, so there’s no eyes burning/watering or throat burning from the process.
