I wanted to get on here and share my experience with Miami Wellness Medspa. Let me start by saying the place is spotlessly clean and very inviting. Gabriel and Stephanie are true professionals — each with their own unique talents — and it shows in the way they greet their clients and carefully explain each procedure. Gabriel has been overseeing my weight loss journey, and it's been going very well for me. This past weekend, I had the Endolaser treatment done by him. As someone who struggles with high anxiety, Gabriel made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. He knew exactly what areas to target on my arms and neck. I discovered Miami Wellness Medspa on Instagram and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Gabriel made me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. This medspa maintains a very clean environment and offers an aesthetically relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience with their scheduling practices was disappointing. Services that had been coordinated were repeatedly rescheduled or cancelled at the last minute, making follow-up appointments unnecessarily difficult. When I expressed concern about the lack of professionalism and consideration, I was informed that the services I had scheduled were no longer offered. This statement was inaccurate, as the same services remain available and clients I referred continue to be scheduled for them. If you are a person that relies on the set schedules, this is not the place for you.
