Miami Nails

This place screwed me over so hard. I called days in advance to book and a manicure and pedicure before I leave for a vacation. They told me over the phone that they reserved me for that Wednesday at 9am. However, I come in the morning of my appointment, there is no record of me on their appointment book, there is one lady in the salon with ZERO experience except for regular polish and her English was not great so she couldn’t even help me or recommend a solution. I have had a manicure and pedicure here in the past and overall the disorganization and the customer service of this place is so poor and the quality of their service is not even good. Do not come here. If I could give zero stars then I would.

I'd rate this place zero stars if i could.This place appeared decent upon entering, but I later found out the service was horrible. Some older Latin lady did my pedicure and gave me a rushed job. She behaved like she was doing it for free. She didn't do ask I asked and gave me what she wanted. She had my toenails looking like chicken nuggets rounded and barely filed (i wanted square tips). She barely clipped my ingrown big toenails and left lifted skin around my toes and some polish on my skin. I paid for the service any way and told the owner/manager I was dissatisfied with the service and she said "thank you" and never acknowledged the work I was showing her. Don't come to this place, it will be a waste of your time and money....believe me!!! This BS was $30, btw.

Super unprofessional lady that helped me w the red glasses in the last row aisle table. She rushed my no-chip nails & they chipped the very next day. I can tell she was rushing my nails bc more customers were coming in she was money hungry. They are also already lifting and it hasn’t been a week. I came back to get them done & when I mentioned it she gave me & her coworker attitude.

I like to go here when im in need of a quick mani & pedi. Its very busy, so they turn clients ptetty quickly... This isnt necessarily where youll go for a spa day, but they get the job done, do it right, and are friendly. Theyve also done brows for me and done a great job.

I really wanted to like this place, so I gave it a go a second time. I don't mind the prices they have upfront, but I do when they overcharge you for nothing. It's $10 dollars to remove a dip powder manicure, which I get...but the lady up front also charged me $5 for simply asking for my regular polish on my feet to be removed. There was nothing crazy involved to remove it, but there it was...a cool $5! Not to mention another $5 she charged me to file and buff my fingers, but whatever. Also, I had only asked for my feet to have the nailpaint removed and please, and they seemed very upset I didn't want a full pedicure to go with it. When I told her to give me a few minutes to consider it, she just said "No, sorry your turn is done!" like I ever wanted it in the first place. $20 bucks to rem
