Charlene is very sweet but I can not lie about the results of my service. I paid for a 4 session bleaching package and while the first session went great and provided some subtle results I never seen much progress after that. As a matter fact my inner thigh area actually got darker after the treatments. I’m not sure how that’s possible as this was supposed to lighten my intimate area, but I am super disappointed in my results. Now I have to find a clinic that can reverse what she did, I won’t ever trust this clinic to service me again.

Worst experience ever!! Drove there only to be lied to and turned away ! Wasted my time,$,and patience going there! If they didn’t want to give me the service I paid for they should of told me instead of making me wait over an hour and then another hour on the table with a student who didn’t speak any English,and didn’t know what the hell she was doing, so I couldn’t even communicate with her even with the Spanish I tried to speak! Then the owner came in a lied and said I had the service when the girl had only washed my face and put a led light on my face that didn’t work.
