The girls are really sweet there but I just don’t think they listen to what you ask for. This is my 4th time there and 3rd time being upset. First time was a few years ago and it was a different girl. I asked for a peekaboo blonde underneath and was given a balayage. It was very cute but not what I asked for so when I asked them to fix it, they still charged for a touchup when it was literally the next day. The second time I went in for a trim and she cut more than I wanted. Okay no biggie, still cute but not what I asked for so I decided to go longer in between. 6 months instead of 3. This time, I said multiple times that I wanted to keep the length because I’m trying to grow my hair, I even mentioned the whole 6 month deal and said I only wanted a trim and wanted to preserve the length a

I had a color correction with Austin and couldn’t be happier with the result. She listened carefully to what I wanted, explained the steps, and worked meticulously to restore a beautiful, natural tone. The process was comfortable and she offered great aftercare tips. Olivia is amazing! She’s the only stylist I fully trust with my hair. She really listens to what you want and makes sure you leave with exactly the look you were hoping for. Every cut I’ve gotten from her has left my hair feeling healthy, fresh, and beautiful. She’s so talented with curls, styling, updos, and Brazilian Blowouts—I’ve seen her do it all flawlessly. On top of that, she gives great hair advice when you ask, and she has such a fun, easygoing personality that makes you feel comfortable in her chair. I’m very picky with my hair and usually don’t get what I ask for, nor feel heard by the stylist, but with Olivia, I always walk out feeling confident and happy. If you’re looking for someone who’s skilled, trustworthy, and will make you love your hair again, Olivia is the one!

It was a great experience. My hair stylist was attentive to my needs and the type of haircut I wanted. She was very patient and the complimentary scalp massage was great!
