Took my mom here for the holidays. Friendly and professional staff, great atmosphere, & they went above & beyond with their nail services. Highly recommend Mi Universe! Great nail place!

I went here to for a fill and it was a horrible experience. The technician was rough and filed too much attempting to shape my nails and continuously cut my skin. The polish was sloppy and she did not shape them as I asked. Within a week, 2 nails lifted and broke off. When I returned to the salon, they repaired them for free however they did not file or shape them properly; they were crooked and not shaped. The week after, another 3 nails lifted and broke off. I will never return here.

They are always SO amazing here! I take my parents here all the time and they've always given excellent service. They're all very sweet women and they're very skillful at their job. Don't even get me started on how good their foot massages are!! I will always recommend them.

For a guy who doesn’t do this often, this was definitely an interesting experience. The staff was very down to earth and made me feel good.

It was my first time being there and my first time getting a dip nail done. The person I think youky made me very uncomfortable because she kept talking to her coworker in Vietnamese and I felt she was talking bad about me. She was talking very sarcastically even when she was talking to me in English. I asked her in advance if she can do design on the nails too and she said yes and I showed her a snowflake being Christmas. Not only the snowflakes doesn’t look like a snowflake she didn’t know how to clean up around my nails and didn’t even push the skin on the cuticles back and left about a 2 millimeter gap from my cuticles to where she started the paint. I won’t go there again at all because of their unprofessional work ethics and poor job she did.
