Susie is absolutely amazing! Before my appointment, I was suffering with much stiffness & pain level (10+++) in both my neck & shoulders. For months, I lost range of motion & sleep. After purchasing a 1-hour full body massage & my first time experiencing the cupping technique, I couldn't believe the results! I was able to turn my head 180°! My shoulder pain reduced to a level 3! Susie is attentive to your needs & requests as well as tolerance level. I also appreciated that Susie did not use perfumed body oils/ lotions, nor scented candles, or diffusers. The table was kept slightly warm with a heating pad. As we all know, sometimes we tend to get cold under that thin sheet. The facility is very clean & the rooms are very spacious. Overall I was a bit disappointed in the massage. I don’t think it was worth the price. I got the full body massage and it kinda felt more like she was just brushing up against my skin rather than actually massaging any of it. She also kept talking during the service which made it kind of hard to relax. I did get cupping done and was pleased with that but the massage portion just wasn’t too great. I also didn’t appreciate at the end when I was paying her and she started demanding a tip. I always try to give a tip in cash and was planning on doing so. I sent the service cost via Venmo like she requested and as soon as she got it she looked at me and said “where is the tip?” She didn’t even give me a chance to give it to her in cash. The environment of the massage clinic was exceptionally calming and inviting, which immediately set a positive tone. Susie she is aprofessionals.The treatment rooms were thoughtfully designed, promoting relaxation and privacy for all. The atmosphere was further enhanced by soothing music and subtle, calming scents. The massage itself was incredibly effective, alleviating tension and promoting a sense of well-being. Overall, the clinic provided a truly outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend it, the most important thing to me that I don't have back pain any more,

I wanted a little birthday treat and found susie to get a last minute massage. I didnt have any particular area for pain and was looking more to relax. Susie was so nice and it felt like she really knew what she was doing. She applied the perfect pressure and we had pleasant conversation during the massage. Will definitely go back!
