I’ve been here several times now & always have the best experience. Super clean salon with very thorough pedicures! I enjoy their attention to detail & time spent on my nails.

This was my second time coming into this salon and compared to my first experience, this visit was far from great. I left dissatisfied with gel that was too thick and rubbery. The nail tech cut my cuticle on my big toe way too short cutting into my skin. Near the end, another nail tech took over and had to cut off a bunch of extra gel around the sides of the nail. I had to go back out the next day and pay for another pedicure. Not very likely to return.

Hannah and Taylor are the best. I feel like there is nothing they can’t do! Love them both

A friend recommended MI Salon on Baldwin Rd for a pedicure. My appointment was at 4:30. I arrived at 4:23. Was in the chair at 4:30. It was 5:45 before anyone came to me. I had on gel polish, so they treated them and came back at 6:00 I received a text at 5:30 that said, “Please tell us how you feel about your visit today.” I hadn’t even been seen yet!! I sat in the chair for 1 hour, 15 minutes before being seen, and didn’t leave until 6:45! It wasn’t even a great pedicure. I had to ask for more polish because there were streak marks. The lady doing my pedicure patted my leg towards the end and said, “You waited a long time.” Not acceptable! I will not return!!

We went here one day because a nail place couldn't get us in, even though we had appointments. We stopped here and the very friendly person at the counter took us right in without an appointment. Very impressed! Cute place. Very nicely decorated and super clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They always remember me. I highly recommend! Go for the deluxe pedicure. You won't be disappointed!
