Amela at MGM Hair Studio is truly amazing. Not only does she do incredible work, but she also takes the time to educate you about your hair—especially which color tones work best with your complexion. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and detail-oriented she is. On top of that, she has such a warm personality and makes a genuine effort to connect with you, which made our conversations feel very natural and comfortable. She understood exactly what I wanted with my hair on the first try, and the results were even better than I imagined. I’m absolutely obsessed with her work and won’t be going anywhere else in the future!

I really hate having to write this, but I need to be honest about my experience. I walked out of this salon absolutely devastated by my haircut and color. My bangs were completely ruined, choppy, uneven, and way shorter than anything I asked for. I specifically said I wanted soft face framing pieces, and instead I left with botched bangs that will take months to grow out. The color is also extremely dark, almost black, when I asked for a chocolate brown. I didn’t even react in the moment because I was in complete shock. I couldn’t bring myself to look in the mirror again. I went home in tears, missed an event I was supposed to attend, and I’ve spent days trying to style it or hoping the color would fade a little..it hasn’t. I’m honestly depressed over it. I’m very particular (and honestly a little possessive 😄) about my hair and my personality, so I would never trust just anyone. Ever since I started going to Amela, I haven’t gone anywhere else — and it’s been 4 years now! Her aesthetics, her understanding of a person’s face, personality, and style — it’s pure magic. Mgm is a great Hair Salon. It definitely makes me feel like a whole new person. Amela and Dafina are so sweet, including all the other girls that are there. Amela always accommodates me with my busy schedule and I can’t appreciate that enough. Her hands work like magic.

I’ve been coming to MGM here since 2021 and it’s the best decision I have made. My hair got healthier and looked so much better! People always asked me “oh who did your hair?” Amela is hands down the best! She takes her time and listen to your needs. I never felt rushed, always welcoming feeling.
