From entering the office’s waiting area I was instantly impressed both by the decor and the welcoming smile from the front desk. The welcome screen with my name in the exam room was another positive moment. The examination was top notch from start to finish. Dr. Bissoon was as gentle as possible without limiting her professional work. I would recommend Brilliance Dentistry to everyone looking to get the best care. Oh I forgot to mention that this is the first time ever that my pressure was taken at a dentist office and a laser wand was used to check my oral cavity. I was very impressed indeed!! Oh and the gift bag with tooth brush, toothpaste, mouthwash, eye mask and floss were all in a cosmetic bag with their logo and wrapped in tissue paper in a gift bag. A totally wonderful first visit

OMG. This was the best dentist experience that I have ever had!!! I wish I had known Dr Bissoon alot sooner (like 2021). Clean and friendly environment. Excellent energy level. Very detailed and precise with treatment plan. Went above and beyond!!! I even recieved a welcome package. What a blessing!! As you notice i give my flowers!!!

My experience with them has been absolutely amazing! Having had negative interactions at the dentist in the past, where in one instance I was berated by the dental hygienist for not having gone more frequently, I dreaded going to the dentist. However, the pain that was crippling me from an infected tooth reluctantly sent me straight to them, by way of my wife's recommendation. Am I glad that I went there! They saw me immediately, same day. They were very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Bissoon's bedside manners stood out to me in particular. I was impressed by the care in ensuring I felt no pain during the intraoral camera inspection of my cavity.
