MeTime Wellness Spa

I am visiting from out of town and I'm always concerned about the professionalism of any massage studio. It was with great relief that when I walked into MeTime wellness that I discovered that it was a very well run, and straightforward massage establishment My masseuse/therapist was Michelle, and it was her first week at the studio. Unfortunately for Michelle, I signed up for a 2-hour massage, the longest I have ever had anywhere (I usually do 90 minute massages) Michelle was amazing! Her ability to know when a client is relaxing versus wants to talk is perfectly on point. The conversation we had when we had conversations were really insightful. I was talking to Jennifer, and she casually said, “You have to try Lindsey—she has magic hands.” Naturally, I was skeptical… because let’s be real, everyone says their massage therapist is “the best.” But I said, what the hell, let’s try it. And wow. She really does have magic hands. 🪄 I went to Lindsey with very specific pain points—neck, head, shoulders, lower back… you know, the usual “I carry stress everywhere” combo. Had an amazing experience here! They have wonderful options & sessions! The cocoon aqua infrared was amazing! I chose the weight loss potion! Sweated out impurities & relaxed me to the tee! Considering a membership here! If you are trying to better your Mind Health & Body, this is the place! Second Time here & once again, the staff is so sweet & friendly & helpful! Makes me feel like I'm definitely in the right place! Worth the 30 minute commute!

I had a hot stone massage with Lindsey and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, caring, and really listened to what my body needed. The hot stones were incredibly soothing and helped relieve so much stress and tension. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and recharged. Highly recommend Lindsey!

Lindsey was AMAZING. This was my first time getting a table massage and she made it very comfortable and relaxing, was very knowledgeable about treatment options for past injuries. 10/10 will be coming back
