I have struggled forever to get a good technical cut - that I am actually asking for. Stylist love to just go by memory and cut the cut they know. Crystal took so much time examing my hairlines, being patient with herself in the process and asked very specific questions that allowed us both to feel confident in the cut. I have an absolutely huge event this weekend and needed a fix up w/o catastrophe. CRYSTAL FOR THE WIN!!! Thank you!!!

Arnovich did an amazing job on my makeup tutorial! He asked about my goals first and really listened to my answer. Then, he took time explaining each step, showing me how to do it on one side and having me repeat the steps on the other side so I’d retain the information. He also makes the tutorial fun because he’s naturally enjoyable to be around and funny. I left feeling beautiful and confident and you get to go home with some of the products he used as part of the price. Highly recommend to learn new tricks and refresh the way you approach your own makeup.

Kristyn is truly exceptional. She has completely transformed my hair and consistently goes above and beyond every single visit. Her extension work is the best I have ever encountered. She is a true perfectionist!! The blends are seamless, the color match is always flawless, and I never have a single issue with them. Beyond her incredible talent, she brings such warmth, positivity, and joy to every appointment. She brightens my entire day the moment I sit in her chair. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and so grateful for her artistry. If you are considering extensions or simply want someone who cares deeply about their craft, Kristyn is the absolute best.

If you’re reading this DO NOT book with this salon! I had a simple trim with heather who completely chopped my hair. I asked for Max 2 inches and all the sudden it was shorter than I’ve ever seen with weird layers by the face that I never asked for. I had to stand up and tell her to stop. The salon owner Kelly then tried to gaslight me about how long my hair was to begin with! Saying “I don’t see that much hair on the ground” before trying to fix it. It still looks a mess. I was crying for most of the appointment I was so upset then she joked “oh well new year new you!” That is not funny. You do not make a drastic hair change without the customers CONSENT. Then when I called back Kelly chastised me saying “I’ve never seen someone cry in a salon, it’s just hair. At least your cut was free.”
