Absolutely LOVE this salon! It’s CLEAN- Priced right - tons of options and the staff is great. Always able to get in when it works for me! I prefer natural looking nails that are short. Liquid gel is my best friend! Here’s today’s nails that Liam did. Liquid gel, just clear top coat because I loved the look so much! They do everything here. Regular manicures, Acrylic, Dip, Gel, and Liquid Gel. Probably more, I don’t know. No! I do NOT work here or date anyone here. I simply love to share great small businesses! Chanty, Holly and Lam are my favorites!

This feedback for Donna is long overdue — she is simply amazing! Methuen Nail Spa has some of the most talented nail technicians I’ve ever met, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with several of them. However, I always find myself coming back to Donna because every experience with her is truly exceptional. Back in September, I told her I was traveling to my home country, and she recommended a nail polish that turned out to be absolutely stunning. The compliments I received were endless — and here’s the proof! Donna is detail-oriented, thoughtful, and always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. I can’t recommend her enough!

If i could give zero stars i would.. this is the worst set of nails ive ever gotten in my life. the lady literally played on my hands and was rushing so much. she barely was filing them, she would literally tap them. i kept telling her can you file my nails and she was like “what are you talking about i see nothing wrong”. my nails were not good at ALL and the only recent they even look okay is because i had to keep telling her to fix it. don’t come here because they clearly don’t want to work. they’ll do a bad job and expect tip after.

can’t give 0 so i’ll give one. i came in asking for french acrylics with pink underneath and got started with Leyna. usually i come to this nail salon religiously but this time i kept being unheard and she was literally doing whatever she wanted with my nails. i got charged $5 extra for a length i didn’t want and a terrible coffin shape that is genuinely wobbled in the middle. i took it all with a smile until we go to the end where she put the french which was so incredibly uneven and was showing my nail under, i asked her politely 4 times to see if we can add pink underneath and she said no because it would make it think then proceeded to take the white off my nail and put a color i was forced to pick that i genuinely hate so much. not to mention every time i would try to ask her to make

This place has really gone downhill. I just got a manicure and pedicure and told the manager afterward that the nail technician cut me multiple times, and she said, “this happens.” As a VERY loyal customer, I said that it has never happened to me before. She didn’t offer any apologies for the bad service and charged the full $80 for a regular clear nail polish mani and pedi, which is a much higher price than many other locations. Unfortunately, I won’t be back and don’t recommend this place to anyone.
