I just wanna say this was the best experience IVE EVER HAD at a hair salon i called not knowing they were closing up for the night and they still took me in they lady was an absolute sweet heart we talking and laughed the entire time and let alone was decently priced unlike other places in the area i wish i lived here and wasn’t just visiting because this would be my go to salon for ever! Amazing amazing job on my hair and customer service thank you if i could give 10 stars i seriously would!

The owner Michelle is amazing at her art and techniques. She's very considerate and easy to work with. She has an amazing up beat personality and is very down to earth. She does a wonderful job on using Pulp riot fantasy colors any way you want them as well as using natural colors. Her haircuts, styles, and color treatments are very affordable and come out flawlessly. I will recommend Salon Bella Donna to anyone who asks about my hair.

I’m so grateful to Salon Bella Donna, and Tiffany in particular! She helped detangle an enormous knot on the back of my daughter’s head that developed after she had a really bad stomach bug and we couldn’t brush it. It took five and a half hours to detangle! And she was so patient and gentle and kind through it all. My daughter has some real sensory issues with her hair, and Tiffany was so sensitive to it. My daughter even said it barely hurt at all, which is amazing. We were really concerned we would need to cut a bunch off, but Tiffany saved it! If you’ve got a kid with high levels of anxiety or sensory issues, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Michelle did a fabulous job of removing my old extensions and applying amazingly beautiful new extensions. She chose perfect color and placement She is superior and cannot be compared to any other salon Her technique is perfection. She is meticulous, knowledgeable and really cares about the overall outcome of her work, if you are happy and ultimately wants to provide the best care for your hair to keep it strong and healthy. She transformed my dry brittle hair and old extensions that were breaking my hair that another Methuen salon had applied and saved me from losing my hair ! I have been going to see her for 3 months and I can honestly say she is THE BEST at extensions and hair color in the Merrimack Valley. No one is ever touching my hair again. AMAZING!!! She welcomed me immediately unlike the other salon I went to an hour before them made me feel so uncomfortable, not one person greet me, all I got was a stare down. Thank you Emily for making me feel so comfortable and also I got constant compliments with the Bob cut you gave me!
