Meteor Nails & Spa

I have been going to Meteor Nails since around when they opened, but now they are clearly under new management and/or have new owners. Both my pedicurist and my manicurist ignored me when I asked for my nails to be cut (multiple times), causing my nails to break repeatedly. They did not file them correctly, and they are unevenly painted as well. I am immensely disappointed as this used to be a nail spa that I loved dearly.

I've been going to Meteor since they opened and have been continually impressed with the experience. I'm complimented consistently on the various nail designs I've requested. I don't think the 5 star system does a great job at details though, so here's a few more 'out of 5' criteria: - Cleanliness: 4.5/5 *I wouldn't mind more in the presentation of the process, but everything has always given me the - Friendliness: 4.5/5 - Atmosphere: 3.5/5 *While always very welcoming, it's a very quiet and calm atmosphere. Some people totally dig this, I just personally don't mind a little chatter in the background :) - Services/Offerings: 5/5 *I have yet to give them a design or make a request they couldn't accommodate; - Rewards/Points: 4/5 *I've gone enough to get the reward twice, it's a great 'treat

Jing is the best nail tech around! So detail oriented and takes her time. Professional and relaxing atmosphere. Optional shoulder massage at the end is relaxing. The only nail tech I'll ever recommend!

It was a young boy who gave me a pedicure. Since he started I noticed that it was not professional at all I am so disappointed I paid $35 I mean he didn't clean my feet well and the paint on my feet was really the worst the worst I felt so uncomfortable I wanted to tell him something when he was painting my feet well my toenails Between my car and really when I looked he gave me mother section I will never come back here Apart from that, it took about an hour and 30 minutes to do this failure of work that he did on my feet. I'm really super disappointed to waste so much time for nothing, it's really not worth it.

I went here for the first time with a friend. I get dip over natural nails and this has not held up well. The person doing the nails did a good job, very meticulous but when they were using the filing tool it hurt every nail which im not used to and she rushed at the end! I got my nails done one week ago and every single nail has at least 1 crack but most have a web of cracks. My one nail even completely chipped. I will not be going back. The issue is more of the quality of their product, not the execution
