Jami is my girl! She's the queen of color and I literally let her do whatever she wants! It's nice to have that kind of trust in the person doing your hair! EDIT I’m still going to Jami and she slays it. Today she gave my 3 year old her first haircut and made it such a great experience! She’s literally a gem and her talent is only rivaled by her amazing genuine personality 🥰

The balayage I received at a different salon (H.Davis) turned out waaaay lighter and warmer than I asked for — and right before I was heading out of town for an event. This wasn't a "oh it's not exactly what I wanted" situation. It was a "This color looks so bad against my skin that I look sick" situation. After some internet sleuthing, decided I wanted to try Kevin Murphy's Cool Angel product to fix it. This salon carries the line, but they were out of this particular product. I desperately wanted to fix my hair before I left! I asked the stylist if there's any way I could get a sample from their "house bottle" and she obliged. I recently moved here in December and was in desperate need of an eyelash girl. Well, after multiple recommendations from multiple people to go to Jessica Lewis at Metamorphosis Salon, I decided to give her a shot. Best decision ever. I've been going to her every two weeks for almost three months and have never had a problem! My eyelashes always look amazing and even after two weeks, my eyelashes are full and healthy! (She's also very gentle when applying which is great because eyes are sensitive areas). I've never once had to worry about the eyelashes being painful or getting infected. My search for a GREAT lash lady is over and anyone considering eyelash extensions should for sure go to Jessica first. She'll make your experience great and you'll love the lashes. I would highly recommend.

Called to reschedule an eyebrow apt due to an overlapping doctors apt and the women on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, smug, and condescending because how dare I put my health before a brow apt. I had gone here once before for my brows because I just moved to the area and wanted to make this my regular spot but now I'd rather never get them done again before giving this place my business. I also find it extremely hard to believe that they book an entire month out for a service as quick and simple as brows. Also judging by the reviews this isn't the first time they have been rude to potential customers about eyebrow waxing, if you don't want to do the service don't offer it, it is that simple, learn some basic customer service skills.

I love this place!! Everyone in here is so fun and friendly! I had an amazing time, with a lot of laughs, even though the power was out and we cut my hair outside on the sidewalk!! 😁 Best experience in a salon I've had in a very long time! I'd also like to give a little shout out to Heather who did an amazing job on my hair! My poor dry, frail hair now feels and looks so healthy and fabulous!! I am absolutely in love with it!!
