This was the most laid back, pleasant experience I’ve had in years. I called last minute, asking if they took walk-ins, and they don’t, but they decided to take me anyways. Dawana was extremely welcoming and very thorough with my hair. They all included me in their conversations, we all laughed and cut up. When I came in, my hair hadn’t been professionally done in a couple years. The end result of my hair was PHENOMENAL. Needless to say, I will be back. 🙂

The person who was cutting my hair for a few months just ghosted me with no explanation. Wouldn’t return calls or texts. No reason given! Just COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you care about your hair, you don’t want her!!!

I want to give a Metamorphosis a 10 star!!! My hairdresser was the best ever! She saved my wedding day! She was able to turn my hair around and fix two previous screw ups of my hair. You are the best and you just earned another devoted client!!

Wonderful place! It's a Friday and apparently there is a prom going on. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get a last-minute cut done but Cheryl was so kind as to work me in between her appointments today. Everyone there was so nice and funny. I will definitely be back when I'm on this side of town. I highly recommend this place and was very pleased with the service!
