Mermaids Lagoon

Jennifer and her staff were simply amazing!!! We did a girl's trip to Charleston and came to Mermaids Lagoon. We did a 90 minute spa treatment and a facial. We absolutely loved it, she did a scan of our hair before to tell us if we needed to do anything to our hair, and then we had our treatment. It was wonderful experience and we highly recommend!!!

My Husband treated me to the Fin-tastic service for my birthday and it was phenomenal!!! The owner was so patient and kind. We started with a scalp analysis and then I was led into a soothing room full of ambiance and relaxing music. She explained what would happen and then the magic began. My hair and scalp were cleaned thoroughly. The comb on my scalp was my FAVORITE part. My hair was conditioned and then given a steam treatment. In addition to a scalp massage, I also received a shoulder and neck massage as well as a facial. I fell asleep twice 😴 I cannot wait to return! If you are looking for a relaxing and indulgent experience, this is it!

This was hands down one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever experienced. The head massage, scalp oiling, and wash were done with so much care and intention- it felt deeply therapeutic, not just a hair service. Rachael created an atmosphere that was so calming. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and with the softest hair. Such a beautiful experience. I’ll absolutely be back.

Amazing experience! This was my first time at a head spa, and I can’t recommend it enough. I added the facial, which was bliss. Whenever I am in traveling to Charleston, this will be on the agenda. Favorites: kind, experienced therapist and very relaxing environment. Products smelled great. My skin and hair feel amazing. 5 stars!

This place is the detention of relaxation! Came to try their hasty 30 mins head massage and their 50 min facial and it did not disappoint. Wish we had booked a longer booking because it was so relaxing. Jelsy was so sweet able to accommodate a last minute booking for two and did an amazing job! We loved our experience! Will definitely recommend 10/10 if you’re in Charleston it’s worth reaching out!
