Made a trip in yesterday for foundation. Made me really miss Vanessa and the time she took to make sure I was matched with the right selection when I purchased from her. Definitely did not get that amount of care and service yesterday. Hoping it will be better on my next visit.
Drove 35 minutes to get to the store, I checked their website for store hours open which say open 10 to 3 today. I've B been calling for the past 20 minutes while in route. No one answers the phone and I get here and they're closed!! Quite disappointing. Retail stores today really don't give a ... about their customers! They should post their hours accurately and daily if they're going to change their hours or CLOSE for the say. Total WASTE OF TIME.
