Supercuts

I was very uncomfortable with how my three-year-old son was treated during his haircut appointment. When he struggled to sit still, the stylist became frustrated, held his head in place, and threatened to get duct tape if he moved. My child was visibly terrified. No young child should be spoken to or handled this way during a haircut. We will not be returning. This is a zero-star experience, but Google requires at least one star to post.

I can’t remember her name but my sister and law and me went here and I have bad anxiety over cutting my hair. She made us both feel very welcome and did such an amazing job on both of our hair. I had long hair and went short and my sister in law got a great hair cut as well and we both did wash and style. I would def recommend this place. They smile and have amazing customer service skills. The environment all out was just happy and respectful. So thank you so much and we will definitely be going back.

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. I have been to this Rocky Mount location three times and have had zero service done by them. Today’s adventure is me going online to make an appointment and finding out that they do not accept online check ins at this time. No problem. So I call them at 11:51am to make an appointment. At that time, I was told “we are only accepting walk ins at this time”. I said “okay” and was disconnected. At 3:15 I walked in to get my son’s hair cut and was told there was other people in front of us. There is no one here at the location. I asked how that was when there was no one here. The rude lady at the front desk stated I would have to come in person and then expressed my frustration and asked why was that expressed when I called earlier. I w

I don't know what the lady's name was but she genuinely messed my hair up so bad from the pictures I showed her to what I got. It's a shame because I came to yall last time to get this done but didn't have the same lady. My hair is all lopsided and uneven now it's not even funny. Boones Mill Barbershop costs way less and gives you way better quality, only wish he wasn't on vacation so he could fix yalls mess up.

The sweet little young lady that cut my hair was absolutely wonderful.. she is the first one in a very long time who cut my hair just the way that I want it. I cannot wait to go by.
