Multiple superlatives describe the friendly, personalized service kindly lavished on my 92 year old mother by the Merle Norman professional staff. My mother has purchased two hair pieces from this outstanding studio in the last year. Each time Allison or another employee has expertly fit the hairpiece, added additional clips, and provided care and wear advice. The customer service is superb. The studio offers makeovers, wigs and hair pieces and is expanding to additional aesthetic services. The welcoming staff, lovely interior, and array of services are first rate. I highly recommend this Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio.

I have shopped at Merle Norman for 15+ years. The staff is experienced and know their products. The make up is a reasonably priced quality product with samples to try on before you buy. Also, their wigs and hair pieces are beautiful, and they now offer styling in the salon. A nice change from impersonal big stores.

I recently stopped there on my way back to VA from SC. Just so happened they were replacing carpet in there that day. I went way out of my way to stop by. I needed a mineral makeup way before the mail could deliver it. Upon reading the sign that they were closed for the day, I called to see what her mail order drive up consisted of. A beautiful voice answered and was very willing to help me out. I knew my color and what type of makeup and she got it for me even though they were closed. That was the sweetest thing to me. It helped also because she was so nice! She could’ve easily given attitude. She was even more beautiful in person. Thanks so much! I will definitely travel to her store just because! 🤗🤗🤗
