Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio

Love the products, for the last few months, I can’t find them open, ordered but never got a call it was in. It's a long drive from Wayland and back to find not open.

My mother orders once a year and placed her order in June for over $200. She always calls the Grand Rapids location since the Lansing location closed many years ago. Four weeks later we find out the store is not responding and has closed (per corporate office), yet charged her credit card. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

I have been coming to this Merle Norman and seeing Kim for years. She is very knowledgeable with what products will work for your skin type and the best in color suggestions. She will take her time with you and will never pressure you to purchase something that you won't need. Fantastic customer service and she won't make you feel rushed like some department stores do.

The best price in West Michigan for Merle Norman. I got turned on to it when I was in High school but was to young to wear makeup now that I do this is almost all I wear. I've since moved to Minnesota and I can't find on Merle Norman anywhere. Luckily this place will ship it to me no problem!

absolutely adore this location!! Sandiy, the owner, is so wonderful and responsive, very professional and all in a really cozy environment. the products are fantastic as well! best foundation and eye liner ive ever had!
