The customer service is so phenomenal that I drive 47 miles to come to this Merle Norman. This store is always so helpful and friendly, whether I buy 1 item or stock up. The makeup lasts longer than drug store cosmetics and you can try the colors before you buy.

Sharon and Amanda are lovely and really made the visit to get my sister's ears re-pierced a stress-free experience! Amanda was very professional and patient while we tried to get the holes just in the right place. There is a reason this beautiful Merle Norman store has been in Vienna for so many years - because of the people and their wonderful products. Thanks for a great experience!

I am so glad the Vienna store is available for buying Merle Norman products, which I have been using for almost 40 years No one---no one!---can guess my age when they see the skin on my face...it looks fabulous thanks to the ongoing use of makeup and skin care products from Merle Norman. Most especially, since menopause hit, use of the changing skin products has made a notable difference in my appearance. Especially helpful...I am able to order by phone and all phone conversations are very pleasant, helpful, friendly...and delivery is within days. Thanks for being there! I had not been into a Merle Norman store since I last went with my mother in the ‘70s. I finally decided to try this one out. Wow! The customer service was phenomenal and I was equally impressed with the quality of the products. I will definitely be back as it sure does beat the popular MLM products I was recently using.

At age 18, a Merle Norman rep taught me skin care and how to apply makeup....life lessons! As a Senior, this shop provides continuing education and fine products in a clean, professional, as well as beautiful atmosphere.
