Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio

Regina was not there today and I received no help from the young lady that was working today. I told her exactly what I needed and showed her several Merle Norman products I am already using, but all she said was to try a red or pink lipstick. If Regina had been available, I know from experience she would have used some of the sample products Merle Norman provides to try to help me eliminate my problem. The employee working just told me good luck! I think the owner of Merle Norman should let Regina train any new employees. Unfortunately, one thing is for certain, if Regina ever quits, the Merle Norman store will not survive with employees like the one I encountered today!

Always friendly and courteous service from owner Marla. Great Cosmetics with a lower than department store price. Some apparel and Jewelry always a surprise treat. Have used Merle Norman Cosmetics for over 20 years. Tell Marla you want a makeover for the new year. Tell her Jude sent you ️ ☺️

I was looking for a place to purchase makeup. I was so happy. The store was easy to find. I admit that I was just trying to find the store while I was out running errands and would be back when I had more time. This boutique has so much more than makeup! There is beautiful jewelry, and great clothing. Somehow, she pegged my style. Also, she will not just sell me makeup, she will help me pick out the best colors and types for me and show me how to wear it. But the best surprise for me was that she sells wigs. I wear wigs and have had to go cookville to get them. I never knew anyone in Crossville sold wigs! I can't wait to go back.

Love this store! Ladies are very knowledgeable & helpful. Clothing is not available anywhere else that I have been. Needless to say I add to my closet nearly every time I visit the store. I encourage you to visit Marla & Regina even if it's just to meet them & look around the store.
