I’ve been using this makeup for over 30 years. The staff through the years have always been very attentive and knowledgeable. This store is no exception. The absolute best makeup in the world.

Merle Norman carries very high quality cosmetics and the ladies at the store know their product. However when it comes to wigs the quality is there they're a little expensive but the women always seemed to be put out spending any time with you. The owner insulted me personally and I have never been back. I let everyone know how rude she was to me and how crappy I felt every time I left her store. She's forgotten why she's in the industry.

It really helps when you have a salesperson who enjoys her job. Picking out just the right wig takes time and patients for both the customer and the spokesperson. I was there for about two hours. I found just the right wig with her help. Thanks, Lyndsay .
