Merle Norman has been a store that has a tremendous selection of cosmetics, to suit all concerns that skin may require. The attention that you get in that store is GREAT. Take your time, try several lipstick samples, get the exact color that you want. The products, service and valve are definitely worth the trip. You'll love shopping there! Just went there, need to update my colors! New inventory, great new colors. Exceptional service!!

I've used Merle Norman products my whole life and I love them... really great skin care. I can always find make-up that is on trend and high quality. I appreciate the one on one customer service and being able to try before I buy. Highly recommend the West Ashley studio!

I've been a Merle Norman customer for very long time however the stores seem to pop up and close .. and relocate elsewhere...this particular one is in a closet... The gal.today was not all that helpful she was too preoccupied on her phone... I could only suggest that they moved to an independent location.. this location it's very intimidating walking through an active salon and walking into a closet.. trying to shop for products are very inconvenient .

First time buying quality make up. Great service. Shirley was extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Only place I will go from now on. If you are new to the make-up world, like me, this is the place to start!!

Today I was extremely disappointed. Store should have opened at 10:00am but it did not. I’m not really sure what time they eventually opened. I along with another customer we’re waiting for the store to open. She said that this happened to her last week and that someone eventually showed up. Not only did I have a 11:30am appointment but I stayed till 12:05pm thinking someone would surly arrive but they never did. I called the store leaving my name and number thinking I would receive a call. I never received a call from them and I actually had to call them back. At 2:00pm upon speaking with the lady who actually scheduled my appointment the day before; she could’ve cared less about me and my situation. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I told her I could not
