I would highly recommend Rhonda! I left feeling so relaxed. She was so good about reading my muscles & massaging based on my muscle tolerance & response, which is very necessary for me right now following a back injury. Will definitely be going back!

Just incredible. I'm a mountain biker and a skier and for me, a massage is more than just a way to lie on a table and feel relaxed. I carry stress, injuries, overuse, fatigue, and more. Rhonda is incredibly thoughtful and intentional with how she works. I have left appointments with what I can only describe as a deep sense of relief and support. She understands how our bodies work and how they respond to pressure and healing. I always leave profoundly better, both physically and mentally, than when I went in.

Rhonda has helped my husband with his back pain so much! He always leaves feeling so relieved and tells me how grateful he is for his massages and how much better he feels.
