I never write google reviews (this is my 2nd in my life and the 1st was positive) but I’m leaving this to warn others who don’t want this experience. Came in for a blowout after calling ahead and being told there was time. From the moment I arrived, the service was extremely rushed. I was never asked how I wanted my hair done, laughed at when I showed a reference photo of myself, and told (incorrectly) that the look I get weekly from my regular stylist is done with a curling iron - before this I had never had a curling iron used on me in my life. Instead of a round brush blowout like I requested, my hair was dried straight and then weakly curled with a curling iron in about 5 minutes bc she said another client was arriving. I absolutely love this salon! I got the Brazilian treatment and my hair has never felt smoother or looked shinier. The staff were super friendly and professional, and they really took their time to make sure everything came out perfect. I left feeling so confident and can’t wait to go back!

The owner is very rude. Called ahead and asked for the price for a blow dry. as I entered, she did not greet me, but promptly asked me sit at the hair wash station. As I sat, I wanted to ask her if she is able to do a specific style. She rudely said, you have come to a blow dry bar, I know my job. I regretted not getting up to leave at that point. Then she goes on to pull and tug at my hair, when I expressed discomfort, she told me I’m too sensitive. While doing my hair, she complained that I « have too much hair ». I saw what she was doing and told her that I wanted outward turns as she was doing them the other way around. Again, she said, let me do my job. Basically asked me to shut up.
