Genuinely some of the best gel manicures / pedicures I’ve personally had in Manhattan… fantastic attention to detail. Especially love the cateye they do here. And I think the real test of a business is not just how they operate when things go perfectly well, but how they respond when there’s the rare issue. Had a little issue with my nails this week, messaged them about it, and they had me come right back in to adjust it… no defensiveness, zero weird energy.. just genuinely wanting to make sure I got what I was looking for and willing to put in the time and effort to get the set there. I so appreciate that. I think it’s truly the sign of a great business that stands behind their work. I don’t get my nails done super often, but I’ll keep going back as long as I’m in NYC because I love this

I stopped in for one extension to replace a broken (natural) nail, and they were super efficient, neat, matched it to the rest of my nails well, and very reasonably priced! And they took it in stride when I said to leave it clear and un-buffed (I do my own lacquer and use peel-off base coat so I can swap colors every day or two, so a smoother surface is better for me).

I recently visited Meow Meow Nail and had a phenomenal experience! Sophia, the nail tech, was incredibly patient and professional throughout my visit. She responds super quickly to Instagram messages, making it easy to book appointments and ask questions. The nail art Sophia did was nothing short of amazing. I absolutely love my manicure! She uses all Japanese and Korean supplies which are all super high quality! It's safe to say that Meow Meow Nail has become my new go-to spot for all my nail care needs. Highly recommended!!!
