Long wait time, three different shops none are on the same page about services or pricing.

I came here for years but only because it was close to home. I always made appointments and would have to wait if someone else came in before me without an appointment. I only used her for color because she doesn’t know how to style your hair. I always thought I had dry hair until another hair stylist told me it was the type of color used on my hair, which was also falling out which I thought was due to Covid. I never attributed it to bad color. I changed stylists and glad I did. My hair is so beautiful now and has grown out completely. Beware of Virginia, the owner. She doesn’t know how to style or color with hi-lights.

Don't go here! I had a deep conditioner applied to my hair. It appeared fine directly after, but now my hair is fragile and has been falling out. The Independent group that done this was on the immediate left as soon as you walk in the door. I have to purchase a wig now.

My brothers girlfriend went in for a cut and color and the color was fine but the hair was so CHOPPY. We went in to see if they could fix their mistake but she kept trying to blame her hair and saying that because she had an undercut it was gonna look weird. She left my brother's girlfriend hair UNEVEN and her bangs were too short. Literally the worst experience ever, the lady who cut her hair was older and mainly spoke spanish. DO NOT GO HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
