MeltSpa by Hershey

I generally like booking at the hotel. The service is better, your actually valued. However, I didnt book early enough so, I ended up booking at the melt spa. Eveytime I go the service gets less and less, but man thier prices dont cease to rise! Its was my daughters 16th birthday and we arrived 10 minutes late...the place was swamped, they only had ONE person at the check in while others staff members stood around unsure of what to do with themselves. We didnt end up getting back to our apt until 130. No one bothered to tell us our services were shorten...they had tons of products SITTING OUT FOR OUR SERVICE, which we werent allowed to take. The manager thought it was completely fair to charge us the full price for a "chocolate pedicure package" we didnt recieve and throw out the product.

I had a message and it was absolutely wonderful! Shoutout to Amber! She was awesome! My only comment is not to have a co-ed relaxation lounge. They should be separate like the locker rooms. Overall nice time.

First time at melt spa and it was great!!! Got a 80 minute therapeutic massage with reflexology. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I immediately was greeted with a warm welcome and quick/easy check in. I got to specify what problem areas I have which were definitely focused on during the massage. I was also able to pay before or after, I paid before just so I could leave when done, then immediately was showed around the changing room and whisper lounge. You’re given a locker to put your belongings and to change in to a very comfortable robe and sandals. You can then go to the whisper lounge where you can have coffee, water and muffins and relax until they come to get you for whatever service you made a reservation for. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted like celebrities, surrounded by a comfortable ambiance and lots of those delicious Hershey chocolates! Special compliments to Gabriella who gave me the best manicure ever and to her mom, Cheryl, who gave my daughter a gorgeous pedicure. They are a mom and daughter duo who truly care about the care they give. Wonderful inspiring women who made our day so very special. Loved the stories we shared! Compliments to Sherry and Alison who also went above and beyond to make our day even more memorable! For the last 15 years my "go to" spa has been The Spa at the Hotel Hershey. Today I tried the Melt Spa. The online reservation link was problematic. Making a reservation by phone worked perfectly. Reception area: I was greeted and checked in immediately by attentive and pleasant staff. My information was confirmed and pricing explained. When finished, someone was waiting to escort me on a brief tour of the facilities. From there I was assigned a locker and given a robe and slides. (I had trouble with the fit of the slides and will bring my own sandals next time.) Relaxation area: I arrived earlier than necessary to enjoy the relaxation area before my service. (At The Hotel Spa there are separate areas designated for silence, whispering or normal conversation. I prefer the "silent room" w
