There's something to be said for a quick, efficient and good haircut. My wait time with both chairs full today was less than 20 minutes. The barber was quick efficient and when I asked him to use his judgment on my haircut he did not disappoint. Will definitely be back

Went here today. I am a black guy who had been out of the U.S. for several years. The barber got me right with a temp and neck fade as well as evening out my mini fro. Good price as well. This is a classic old school barber shop. Sports posters, guy talk, good cuts. I will be back. 👍

Good enough haircut, but it cost $40 because I didn’t have cash. No warning about that beforehand. So, in any case, make sure to bring cash—that way it’s only $25.

Mel was one of the few places to get a hair cut after 5pm! I walked in was greeted stated what i needed and was told be right with you soon as i finish up this cut and within 10 mins i was in the chair having a good conversation while getting a good cut! Was a out of town barber for me but if i am in the area again and need a cut this will be my stop!
