It was completely empty when I walked in so I assumed I would be receiving exceptionally service. There was 2 ladies and one of the ladies daughter who work there. I asked for a facial wax. Once we started everything was going well until the phone kept ringing and the lady who was doing my face kept answering the phone while touching my face. I was wrong to let that behavior slide. Then she started to wax my face by huge sections instead of doing small sections at a time. She prepared both of my cheeks with wax at the same time and then yank one side first. Never in my life did I ever have someone do my cheek on one go. Also, this is the first time I ever had someone apply wax on one area while waxing the opposite of my face.
