If I could leave 0 stars I would. After my hair was already washed I was refused by 4 different stylist because I have extensions, mind you I told them I had extensions at the front desk and they were okay with it. I never come here but I was in a jam and my normal salon was so packed and I couldn’t wait. I sat around with wet hair for over an hour until someone finally decided to take me while they yelled back and forth at eachother so obviously talking badly about me. I repeatedly told the man I wanted a blow out with the brushes a bouncy blow out that they do on everyone which I’ve always gotten even with extensions and he had the nerve to refuse me that and blew me out straight and curled me with a straightener this salon is a joke. I will never come back ever in my life.

this place is only good for blowouts . DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE . THEY WILL CHOP OFF AS MUCH AS THEY WANT AND PRETEND LIKE YOU’RE OVERREACTING. I REPEAT DO NOT EVER GET YOUR HAIR CUT OR TRIMMED HERE

Unfortunately i have tried this salon over and over for blow outs and i’m not sure if it’s my hair (it’s very hormonal and oily! i only use the hair dryer and a straightener sometimes, but otherwise put it up in a ponytail) but it’s a waste of money to come here for just a blowout before an event. my hair gets as oily as fast food not even 12 hours after the blow out. and i’ve come here over and over expecting different results. maybe it’s the shampoo and conditioner they use to wash. and i’m not one to usually complain over such a simple service but i unfortunately will not be coming back here.

Moving to staten island from Brooklyn almost 4 years ago I'm spoiled in terms of Asian hair salons. This salon is very clean friendly and reasonable prices. Been going to them for about 2 years for blow outs and every time a happy customer, oh I go to David if that helps.

Terrible experience. I wanted a trim she chopped off all my hair taking a good 6-7 inches! My hair was to my low back it is now barely past my shoulders! Shampoo lady tries to get you to do oil treatment and demands a tip. Brushes have other people’s hair in them! Just awful!!
