When you want copper color they will put red and still say it’s the same color this the craziest saloon I have seen. they cannot do it properly charged me almost 200 to color no highlights. Only coloring. Don’t waste your money avoid it at any cost. If I can give no star I will give them no star.

When i go there first time the lady did a nice job on my hair she did blonde highlights.and even 2nd experience wasn’t so good then 3rd time i dont know she used cheap bleach on hairs my hair started falling out right away and I ask her why my hairs are like this she said they are going to be fine no worries but after 1 week my hairs are falling out and now m literally balding from the area where she uses the bleach. I came here a few weeks prior to get my eyebrows threaded and Amrita did great. Pain free. Then I came today to get a trim. First of all, Zayb told me to sit down without wiping the chair down. Another customer got a haircut right before me and her hair was all over the seat. I had to ask her to clean it and she proceeded to clean it with glass cleaner. Obviously not very hygienic. Didn’t clean out the hair from the hairbrush which was used on the other customer. Dropped the scissors mid haircut - she didn’t clean them; not even wiped down. Quite disappointed. She cut off an inch and I asked her to see so I know if I wanted to cut off more she very rudely then said that I should tell her now because she won’t fix it later. Avoid this place at all cost. I asked to cut bangs for my niece. They were closing and rushing the lady. She cut her bangs like this!! On top of it, she quoted the price $15 for kids and collected $20 for this. I am never trusting her for even eyebrows.

I went there for facial, one of the worst experience I have ever had. Lady zayeb who work there she talk more then she work. She thinks I don’t know anything about facial. She finish in 20 minutes. May be threading is good but I don’t recommend anyone to go there for facial
