This Place must close down . Terrible experience with arm waxing today . Not Hygiene at all . No Strap pulling wax . She used Printed suit fabric . when asked easily blamed the owner RANI . Took me 20 minutes to take of wax from my hands . No wax remover . No soap to wax hands . She gave me Sampoo to wash hand . Please dont waste your money with CHEERY.

I had a really disappointing experience with my eyebrow threading. I asked for a simple clean-up, but my brows ended up uneven. She took a long time and still wasn’t able to finish my eyebrows. I had to get out of this place as I didn’t feel she was doing good job.

Bangladeshi lady with glasses did my eyebrows and completely messed it up. When I told her my she made my eyebrows thin and they both don’t even match,she tells “Don’t get eyebrows done then”. Then she gave me the scissors to shape them myself. I’ve been coming to this place for years now and never had a problem with any of the girls. I take an uber everytime from my house to come here even though I live far away. They always did a good job. First time I met this lady and she was so rude. Management please take action against that lady.

From a simple phone call to the service in person: the interaction was amazing. I was assured of a great experience when I called in to inquire about their facials and Dr. Rani ensured I had the best experience with Priya. Will definitely be coming back.

I used to come here regularly for eyebrow threading, but after what they did to my eyebrows recently, I'm NEVER going back. My eyebrows were ripped to shreds. I told the tech she was hurting me but she laughed and when she told me to look at it, the top and bottom and even in between my brows were bleeding. 4 days before xmas. So by xmas day there were hard ugly brown dried scabs all around my eyebrows. Not only did she cut me, she also tried to pluck my brows and still did a terrible job with the shape. Also raised the prices. This place should just close since they have gone down so much!
