I’m a VERY nice guy, but even I have my limits.. Hairstylists are supposed to be professional… Instead of ranting about how I feel about what was done to my hair, I’ll simply post the same picture I showed the stylist at this salon, of how a previous stylist at another salon did a great job and did exactly what I wanted…. and I’ll post a picture of what was done to me at this salon since I’ve had half the hair on my head colored the same way for years… You’ll easily see where the blonde that the stylist at this salon chose is an extremely BRIGHT POPPING almost GOLDEN ORANGE, when she CLEARLY saw the color that was not only in the picture I showed her before she started, but it was on my actual head too. I first went to Megeo Hair Braiding over 10 years ago and I have had the same wonderful experience each time I go. What I love about this place is the warm atmosphere I really feel like I am visiting a part of my family rather getting my hair braided. Make no mistake they are just as professional as they are friendly. The quality of their work as well as the consistency is truly unmatched. I cannot recall being disappointed in any hairstyle I have ever received. But aside from what I wrote thus far why go here, what makes this particular braiding place stand out among the rest? Very professional! The shop is clean and the ladies are nice. a very welcoming atmosphere and great conversation. I usually visit on Saturday’s but go early. Georgette has been doing my hair for over 10 years and now her daughter does it too. I would recommend them. They’re like family. Never a bad experience yet.

The ladies are great and good atmosphere. Time and price are reasonable, but not happy with the quality of the hair. It seem like an blended mix instead of 100% human. I can not curl my hair and heat make it look cheap.

I found out about this place from a coworker. Her braids were gorgeous and I asked her who did it and she told me so I googled the place and called to make an appointment for box braids! I was 2 hours late due to transportation issues. But finally arrived and the owner was very understanding and polite. Everyone was professional and kind. When I arrived there I was confused about the correct entrance. The front entrace has a sign that says "use front entrance" but its the side entrance that you use. And its unlocked so just walk in for any newbies like me. I thought the door would be locked lol. My hair looks beautiful and I look forward to going back. I love it!
