This place is very UNPROFESSIONAL ❗️❗️Booking an appointment In advance don’t mean nothing. Place has ROACHES, flies and the man there makes you feel uncomfortable with his erotic energy! The braids are not even neat, If you’re not a customer for years GOOD LUCK. Went on the other side of Harlem and got EXCELLENT SERVICE & I love the way my hair came out.
BB braids my hair. She’s the sweetest. Always respectful and kind, making sure I’m comfortable and in and out in a timely manner. Braids tight but will loosen and adjust if you tell her.
The hair keeps falling out will fix it but never again
The ladies that work in the back are sweethearts
